CHALLENGE 99
Redesigning the sales department by the Sales Architect
The 99 Days Challenge
The 99 Days Coaching Program, also known as the “99 Days Challenge,” is a comprehensive sales department redesign program led by the Sales Architect i.e., Myself. The program spans a continuous 99-Days period and aims to assist budding entrepreneurs, sales heads, and CEOs of startups in breaking through sales barriers and achieving improved results.
As the Sales Architect, I will personally oversee the program and take an active role in coaching and mentoring the sales team. Over the 99 Days period, for one day a week (and in total, 15 days), I will become a part of the sales team, fully immersed in the sales department from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m, participating in every activity, and closely observing the team dynamics. The intention is to carefully observe and identify areas for improvement and guide the team towards making the necessary corrections.
The rest of the working days, I will be providing telephonic assistance from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on a daily basis. The team members can reach out to me for support and guidance via WhatsApp or email also. This availability ensures continuous mentoring and allows team members to seek advice whenever they encounter challenges or require strategic input.
Throughout the 99 Days program, the entire sales team, will report directly to myself and the Sales Head. This parallel reporting structure fosters a cohesive and collaborative environment, ensuring everyone receives consistent coaching and training. The emphasis is on a hands-on approach, where I will actively engage with the team to enhance their attitude, sales techniques, and overall positivity.
Having successfully implemented this program in seven organizations, I proudly state that I have witnessed tremendous results in terms of improved sales performance and overall team effectiveness. The 99-Days challenge offers a structured coaching and training program designed to produce tangible outcomes and address specific sales-related obstacles.
Within the 99-Days timeframe, the program incorporates various elements to enhance sales strategies and techniques. Regular reviews will take place with the CEO/MD every 15 Dayss, during which I will share progress reports and discuss sales strategies and mentoring approaches.
These review meetings ensure alignment with the organizational goals and provide an opportunity to refine the strategies based on the observed outcomes. At the conclusion of the 99 Dayss, I will provide the organization with a detailed report containing recommendations for potential changes in strategy, structure, approach, and other relevant areas. This report aims to provide valuable insights and serve as a roadmap for further growth and improvement beyond the coaching program.
Additionally, the 99-Days challenge includes various components such as telemarketing mantra, workshops, and the use of methodologies like PAUL and ALBET. These elements are integrated into the program to equip the sales team with additional tools and techniques to maximize their effectiveness in generating sales.
Overall, the 99 Days Coaching Program offers a comprehensive and intensive approach to sales department redesign, combining hands-on coaching, continuous support, and strategic guidance. By actively engaging with the sales team and implementing targeted improvements, the program seeks to drive positive changes in sales performance, attitudes, and overall team dynamics.
