About Rathina Paul
My Story
Rathina Paul, also known as Paul Sir is chennai’s leading Sales Architect with over 34 years of experience in sales and marketing.
His expertise includes telemarketing, effective sales follow-up techniques, leadership training programs, efficient administration & management skillsets, software implementation, peak performance, personal development and entrepreneurial training.
After graduating in 1987, I commenced my career selling non-branded washing liquid sachets to retail shops in Madurai.
Having learnt the ropes of retail selling, I joined a printing press as a press supervisor gaining valuable administration experience.
After which, I joined a group company of Standard Fireworks, Sivakasi and was promoted as a liaison office in-charge position in Port Blair.
Having spent a few years in Port Blair, I came to chennai and joined Status Resorts India as a sales executive learning the art of intensive sales training.
In 1993, myself with a partner formed CHAPLIN ENTERPRISES, selling computer consumables and accessories in Triplicane, Chennai.
Making losses in the partnership, I forged ahead and formed Genesis Enterprises. Unfortunately, i had to shut down my business in 1998 and took up employment once again.
I joined Chayagraphics (India), Chennai, as a senior sales executive, specializing in selling diagnostic ultrasound scan and X-ray equipment to hospitals.
Having achieving significant milestones in sales and acquiring valuable knowledge in the healthcare industry, I joined AVANTTEC Group of Companies.
Once again the entrepreneurial bug made me quit in 2010 to focus on training and personal development.
In the past 20 years, I have the privilege of being a successful corporate trainer, conducting over 1000 training sessions and seminars in industries such as information technology, healthcare, and real estate.
I have trained more than 25,000 individuals both online and offline modes.
I also have the unique expertise in anchoring, moderating, and hosting stage programs as a master of ceremonies, developed unique training modules for sales and marketing, including specific modules for different industries.
